Applying to Callum’s Trust is easy and
involves a one page application.
If you are resident within the Scottish Borders and have been diagnosed with lymphoma, leukaemia or myeloma this year then you may be eligible to apply for resources or services from us.
Similarly, if you are caring for someone or are someone who is receiving end of life cancer care at home within the Scottish Borders then you too can apply.
Application forms are available from the Borders Macmillan Centre, and from Palliative Care within the Macmillan Centre, at the Borders General Hospital, Melrose. Simply fill in the form and post it back to us – we will deal with your application as quickly as possible.

- Taxi/bus fares to hospital and home when attending treatment

- Domestic appliances including installation where necessary
- Electrical equipment
